1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Muzamil Cargo services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Muzamil Cargo provides cargo and logistics transportation services across Pakistan. Our services include:
- Full Truck Load (FTL) and Less Than Truck Load (LTL) services
- Trailer and heavy haulage services
- Punjab-wide and national delivery services
- Agricultural transport services
3. Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability
- Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
- Payment terms will be agreed upon booking confirmation
- We accept cash, bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and cheque
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide accurate booking information
- Ensure goods are properly packed and labeled
- Not ship illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items
- Be available for pickup and delivery
5. Prohibited Items
We do not transport:
- Illegal drugs or substances
- Explosives or firearms
- Hazardous materials without proper documentation
- Counterfeit goods
- Live animals (without special arrangement)
6. Liability
- We take utmost care in handling your goods
- Liability is limited to the declared value of goods
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control
7. Cancellation
- Cancellations 24 hours before pickup: No charge
- Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% of booking value
- No-show: Full booking value charged
